Suggest a method to make a pickup for my classical guitar?
I have a classical guitar, I want to make it electric. However the place I live in do not sell magnet wire to make an electromagnetic contact pickup (picks up the vibration of the vibrating guitar body). I can hardly find a piezoelectric crystal too. I do find electric motors, though. So can anyone suggest a method? I was thinking of using two walkie talkies, one to get the sound and the other to come out the sound just like a mini amplifier. But I want to find out other alternatives, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
What you need is a soundhole pickup. You might be better off not making it yourself, and buying one from musiciansfriend.com

If not, then you can just try using a microphone hooked up to your amp
