How long should I practice to play the Asturias by Isaac Albaniez?

I am learning Classical guitar from trininty guild hall, guided by a teacher. I love listening to Asturias

I just finished the 1st level of Trinity Guildhall exam. There are totally 8 levels. I wonder how long and in which level would I be able to play the Asturias.

Start now!
Holding down the three lowest strings with the end of the forefinger (about half-way up the fretboard), while doing the fancy stuff with the other three fingers is probably the most difficult part, as far as building up strength in the left hand is concerned, but if you find your hand is starting to feel cramp, just put the guitar away for a few hours. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll play it well.
I don’t know anything about Trinity Guildhall exams. I just bought a thick book of guitar music and it included this piece.
