Notation is richer. Finite/important details. A more intimate knowledge of music-you begin to see the connections.But if you are only a hobbiest and having fun then youre good to go. Just dont expect more than that.Incidentally;if you could spare 3 good minutes a day-everyday-theres a book that’ll get you reading in no time. Mel bay guitar PRIMER is very easy. Do a couple pages a week.
